Welcome to the Baysville Riverfront Group

It all started in 1999. The Baysville Community Group was instrumental in pulling the various Baysville organizations together to decide on a Millennium 2000 Project. From a list of proposals from each group, it was decided to go forward with a riverfront project. A subcommitte was formed under the leadership of Chris and Jan Dann. An application was submitted for a Millennium Grant but the group was turned down. However, they decided to persevere and their first riverfront project got underway. It was then that the subcommittee re-formed as the Baysville Riverfront Group

Location of Our Two Famous Events

Our Arts and Crafts Festival takes place in Gristmill Park and Robertson Parkette and our Annual Surf & Turf Dinner with a Live and Silent Auction is held in Baysville's Community Centre.
